If you have visited here before, you can probably see that I have changed the name of the blog again. I started blogging at 4URuthie to tell the story of our journey to adopt our 1st daughter. I changed it to Mountains for Maggie when we were praying for God to move mountains on behalf of our 2nd daughter. Well now it is no longer just Ruthie’s or Maggie’s stories. It is now our family's story, and the stories of those we share life with, as we Conquer Mountains together. Both ConqueringMountains.net and 4URuthie.blogspot will lead here.

Black and White Wednesday- Astros Game

When Trent asked me if I wanted to go to the Astros game last night, my first thought was that it could be fun and my second thought was that I could take some pretty cool pictures there I bet. :)


The Astros aren't having a great year so we were able to get great seats.


We got their early to see the mascot and get to watch the team warm up.



Leave it to Ruthie Mei to make a seat out of a cup holder right up at the fence.


You may wonder what this next face has to do with the Astros game.  The answer is nothing.  The other day we watched Beauty and The Beast and now Ruthie pretends to be the Beast when I pull out my camera. 


And then she will still flash that pretty smile for me.


Oh and we were even lucky enough to be on the jumbo cam!





Good memories.  Can't wait to go back.

We were at a ballgame on Sunday - my son is super jealous you guys were on the jumbo-tron!! That's like his ultimate goal in life.
