It started Sunday when we changed clothes 4 times before she found a dress that she was willing to wear. Then I put her in mini-skirts twice this week and she insisted on leggings underneath and tennis shoes.
Then today it happened. I went to see her at preschool where they were having a spring festival with face painting. This is what my little girl chose to have painted on her face.
Can someone please send their daughter (dressed in a dress and something other than tennis shoes) over to my house to influence my sweet girl because apparently my influence is not enough. :)

Well, Anna Bei has a sister into all the dresses and such and she chooses to wear her CARS sneakers with everything. She will only wear pants too most days and she loves playing with the boys. She only recently mentioned a girl's name from school who she played with. Ruthie is just beautiful even with a Batman logo on her cheek!
I think Ruthie is becoming exactly who the Lord is planning her to be. Ruthie. :) But a sister would be extra sweet! ;)
Hugs to you sweet friend!

Yeah my older girl has a sister, and she loves to dress up, but she also likes to be Batman and make race cars out of LEGO bricks.
I had one sibling growing up--a sister--and I much preferred the traditional "boy" toys.
I don't think getting her a sister would necessarily change a thing.
