If you have visited here before, you can probably see that I have changed the name of the blog again. I started blogging at 4URuthie to tell the story of our journey to adopt our 1st daughter. I changed it to Mountains for Maggie when we were praying for God to move mountains on behalf of our 2nd daughter. Well now it is no longer just Ruthie’s or Maggie’s stories. It is now our family's story, and the stories of those we share life with, as we Conquer Mountains together. Both ConqueringMountains.net and 4URuthie.blogspot will lead here.

Sunday Snapshot- Beach Trip

The fam joined me for a photo shoot at the beach the other night.  We were shocked when we got there to find that the beach had been overtaken by seaweed.  At first I was concerned about how they were going to entertain themselves for that hour, but leave it to my family to find fun in the midst of the unexpected.

They terrorized  chased sea gulls.

until they were completely worn out.

I just had to show you how cute that little booty is.  Oh yeah, she chased sea gulls too when she wasn't surfing.

Jack isn't quite ready to chase sea gulls but he did set get some good therapy time in while standing in the waves.

These were all taken with my 5D mark iii and 70-200L  ISO 1000 and f 3.5ish and 1/2500th of a secondish.
