If you have visited here before, you can probably see that I have changed the name of the blog again. I started blogging at 4URuthie to tell the story of our journey to adopt our 1st daughter. I changed it to Mountains for Maggie when we were praying for God to move mountains on behalf of our 2nd daughter. Well now it is no longer just Ruthie’s or Maggie’s stories. It is now our family's story, and the stories of those we share life with, as we Conquer Mountains together. Both ConqueringMountains.net and 4URuthie.blogspot will lead here.

Sunday Snapshot- T-swing

We spent last week at family camp and I will have lots of pics to post this week from our adventures there.

For these I was on the ground under the T-swing for a different perspective.

Ruthie loved it and was completely fearless.  Wait until you see what else she did without hesitation.

Ahh trees.  Something we don't see in suburbia.

These were taken at ISO 640, f2.8 with my 24-70 L, and in the 1/250th range.   I increased my exposure a few notches to accommodate for shooting into the sky so my subjects would be properly exposed and then edited with LR one willow sets and used a decrease exposure/saturation brush to bring the trees and sky back out.  I hope that makes sense. :)

Stopping by from Sunday Snapshot at Ni Hao Yall and I just wanted to say that I love all the different angles that you were able to get pictures from. Looks like a lot of fun!
