If you have visited here before, you can probably see that I have changed the name of the blog again. I started blogging at 4URuthie to tell the story of our journey to adopt our 1st daughter. I changed it to Mountains for Maggie when we were praying for God to move mountains on behalf of our 2nd daughter. Well now it is no longer just Ruthie’s or Maggie’s stories. It is now our family's story, and the stories of those we share life with, as we Conquer Mountains together. Both ConqueringMountains.net and 4URuthie.blogspot will lead here.

The Hendersons are dreaming of a White Christmas

So what does that mean?  Well it means snow, an ice skating rink, Santa, christmas trees, and a whole lot of fun at our house this Christmas!!!!!

Oh and if you can't make it, you can tune into the Weather Channel Christmas morning to see my little future meteorologist having the time of his life!

Wow! Congratulations to Weather Jack and your entire family! I have to say your video you submitted was wonderful! I think you have some real talent in videography as well!

I can't wait to see the pics of this. We are supposedly going to get a white Christmas the old-fashioned way but I'll believe it when I wake up to it!

So y'all will be on the Weather Channel live on Christmas morning or what? This is so exciting! I can only imagine how excited your children are!!!

And congrats on the degree as well. Sounds very difficult and to do it as a mom and wife ... very deserved and earned.
