If you have visited here before, you can probably see that I have changed the name of the blog again. I started blogging at 4URuthie to tell the story of our journey to adopt our 1st daughter. I changed it to Mountains for Maggie when we were praying for God to move mountains on behalf of our 2nd daughter. Well now it is no longer just Ruthie’s or Maggie’s stories. It is now our family's story, and the stories of those we share life with, as we Conquer Mountains together. Both ConqueringMountains.net and 4URuthie.blogspot will lead here.

"I Do It ALL By Myself"

Oh if I had a dollar for each time I hear that from Ruthie these days!

She is so funny lately because no matter what it is, she wants to do it by herself. Most of the time I let her unless it is going to make a complete mess or is dangerous. We went swimming with some friends the other night and she wanted to jump in "All by myself" which was her way of saying "don't catch me". We were laughing at her complete lack of fear and crazy notion that she did not need me in the pool. I have to keep a close eye on that girl.

Here are some jumping pictures from last weekend.
